Manufacturing Beverages II
This intensive two day work shop focuses upon the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to manufacturing operations. The program addresses some of the big topics that challenge day to day management in a beverage plant. Sandwiched with practical tours, this workshop is likely to appeal for the purpose of continued professional development, and particularly for those with one or more years in a production environment of water, juice, carbonated soft drinks, or cordial.
Previously known as “Advanced Technical School), this work shop is also recommended for attendees who have already completed the MB1 course or Technical School. Topics proposed include innovation, communication, biofilms, nutrition, packaging, food law, engineering, distribution, methods development, and validation programs. There will be a followed focus in addressing specific concerns of delegates who have attended training courses of the past year. Enrolment includes notes, lunches, and factory tour.
