DrinkFacts Relaunches with Evidence-Based Information on Beverages, Nutrition and Recycling
Tuesday, 9 June 2026
The Australian Beverages Council Limited (ABCL) today announced the relaunch of DrinkFacts, the consumer information platform designed to provide Australians with clear, evidence-based information about non-alcoholic beverages providing insights into nutrition, ingredients, sustainability and industry initiatives.
The refreshed website delivers accessible, science-based content to help consumers better understand the beverages they enjoy and make informed choices that suit their individual lifestyles and preferences.
As Australia’s leading voice for the non-alcoholic beverage industry, the ABCL developed DrinkFacts to address common questions about beverages, including ingredients, nutrition labelling, packaging, and recycling.
ABCL Chief Executive Officer Geoff Parker said the relaunch reflects the industry’s commitment to transparency and consumer education.
“Australians are increasingly seeking trustworthy information about the beverages they consume. DrinkFacts has been refreshed to provide consumers with easy access to factual, science-based information that helps them navigate an increasingly complex nutrition and health landscape,” Mr Parker said.
The relaunch forms part of the ABCL’s ongoing efforts to support informed consumer choice and improve public understanding of the non-alcoholic beverage sector.
DrinkFacts is designed to serve as a trusted resource for consumers, media, educators, health professionals, and anyone seeking accurate information about the beverages they consume.
